Dr. Stephanie Peterson

Dr. Stephanie Peterson specializes in direct primary care and integrative medicine. She opened her clinic in March 2020 after transitioning from a traditional insurance-based model to provide more personalized, patient-centered care.
Dr. Peterson earned her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and has been board-certified in Family Medicine since 2007. Her background also includes nursing and advanced training in psychiatric–mental health, shaping her holistic approach to care.
Inspired by work with patients suffering from chronic and complex illnesses, including Lyme disease, Dr. Peterson pursued advanced training through ILADS and other integrative programs. Her expertise includes ozone therapy, neural therapy, mold and mycotoxin illness, thermography, and Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.). In 2025, she earned her Foundational Level Certification in Autonomic Response Testing through the Klinghardt Institute and A.R.T. Global. She is a member of ILADS and the Medical Academy of Pediatrics and Special Needs (MAPS) and is currently pursuing fellowship training.
Dr. Peterson’s approach focuses on identifying root causes of illness by addressing the interconnected health of the body, immune system, mind-body balance, environmental toxicities, and past trauma. She combines evidence-based medicine with integrative therapies to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term healing.
