Direct Primary Care allows us to focus on what matters most—you. Membership provides longer appointments, direct access to your physician, and a relationship-centered approach without the constraints of traditional insurance-based medicine.
Monthly Membership
Adults — $110/month
Children (with an enrolled adult) — $32.50/month
Children may also enroll independently at the standard adult membership rate.
Enrollment
A one-time $250 enrollment fee establishes your membership and includes your first month of membership.
Your monthly membership payments are then automatically drafted on either the 1st or 15th of each month, whichever best aligns with your enrollment date.
Families enrolling together may qualify for a reduced total enrollment fee, which is reviewed individually during onboarding.
Comprehensive Integrative Assessment
Some patients benefit from a more comprehensive initial evaluation because their health concerns involve multiple systems or have remained unresolved despite previous care.
This assessment may be recommended for individuals with:
- Multiple chronic medical conditions
- Persistent or unexplained symptoms
- Complex medical histories
- Previous testing or treatment without clear answers
Comprehensive Assessment: $695
Your enrollment fee is applied toward this amount, making the additional investment $245 if this evaluation is recommended.
This extended visit includes additional physician preparation, detailed review of prior records, and the development of a personalized care strategy. Whether this assessment is appropriate is always discussed together in advance, and all costs are explained before proceeding.
